Thank you for viewing. This is a Vandoren Optimum AL3 alto saxophone mouthpiece. As you can see in the photos, there are some scratches and slight discoloration from use. You can see teeth marks, but there are almost no dents, so I think it won't be noticeable if you put a mouthpiece patch on it. The table surface also has no major scratches, so it seems there will be no problem with playing. This is a mouthpiece that can still be used. It's priced affordably, so please consider it.
