It's a great item because it's microwave-safe if you remove the seal (lid)! What's really good is that, as expected from Tupperware, it has a leak-proof structure that prevents water from leaking even when placed on its side! It's very helpful that you can put it in your bag horizontally! It also has tabs, so the seal (lid) is easy to open! (Images 9 and 10) At 560ml, it's a regular size, perfect for children's or women's lunch boxes! I'm moving and have less space, so I've decided to gradually let go of my Tupperware.
