This is a skirt from the Korean brand YOUTH BATH's 2025 Spring/Summer collection. I purchased it but never wore it, so it's new and unused. Also, the YOUTH BATH warehouse burned down in a fire, and I believe it's currently impossible to purchase their items anywhere. I ordered this online last year. I think it's very rare. The size is S to M, and it's made of elastic material, so it stretches.
