This is a 【defective item】 Panasonic EH-NA0J Nano Care hair dryer, manufactured in 2022. The items included are everything in the photos (main unit, set nozzle, root quick-dry nozzle, instruction manual). Recently, I felt that the hot air was not coming out easily, and in the last week or so, the inside just turns orange and no air comes out. I urgently purchased a new one, so I am selling this one. I would be grateful if I could sell it to someone who understands the condition of the product, such as someone who wants to use it for parts or who can fix it. I have confirmed that all three switches, the power switch, the airflow selection button, and the temperature selection button, are responsive. There are minor scratches and stains from about three years of use (e.g., photos 8 and 10). Also, there is some pink color transfer on the base of the cord (photo 11). I have written the purchase date on the front of the instruction manual (photo 14). Please understand. Because it is a defective item, the overall condition is listed as poor, but the appearance of the product is only slightly scratched and dirty. Please also check the photos for the condition of the product. Due to the nature of the product as a defective item, returns are not accepted. I may need some time to ship because I travel frequently. If I am at home, I will ship within 1-2 days.
