This is the SHURE SE215 Special Edition. The version with a microphone seems to be called the AONIC215, but it's the same as the SE215. I've had it for about two years, but I'm selling it because I haven't used it much. I've confirmed that both earpieces produce sound. I only used the M-size urethane ear tips. The ear tips I used have a few scratches, but otherwise, I don't think there are any noticeable scratches. I'm just a regular person checking these, so I might have missed something. As a bonus, I'll include a cable for re-cabling. I forgot which manufacturer it's from. Regarding the bonus, I don't think it's broken, but I haven't checked its functionality, so I can't provide support if there's a problem with it. Also, to prevent swapping, I cannot accept returns.
