This is a set of two items: Kamen Rider Blade 15th Anniversary Rouse Card Binder Kamen Rider Blade Rouse Card Archives BOARD COLLECTION There are no missing parts, but there are signs of use as the items were taken out of their bags and played with. Some of the Rouse Cards have been placed in the binder's refills. The bonus clear card is in perfect condition. The adhesive parts of the refills are dirty, but there are no issues with the number of cards inside. The 9-pocket refills, usable for Gambalizing and other games, are unused.
