Offering parts for Kaneda-style DC amplifiers (Part 70): NEC 2SD388 pair x 2 (total 4 pieces) These 2SD388 transistors were purchased approximately 40 years ago from Daiden Shoji or Wakatsuki Tsusho in Akihabara for the construction of Kaneda-style DC power amplifiers. I selected 46 unused transistors. I measured hFE at VCE = 9V and IC = 150mA, and was able to create 7 groups of 2 pairs with the same rank/lot: L28B (see reference photos). I have written numbers on the back with an oil-based pen for selection purposes. The measured hFE values are as follows (Tr number: hFE): ● Group A = 27: 89, 31: 87, 28: 83, 18: 80 ● Group B = 24: 80, 03: 78, 29: 76, 05: 75 ● Group C = 11: 75, 22: 75, 04: 74, 14: 74 ● Group D = 06: 72, 20: 72, 23: 72, 07: 71 ● Group E = 08: 71, 15: 71, 19: 71, 30: 71 ● Group F = 01: 69, 02: 69, 26: 69, 10: 69 ● Group G = 09: 68, 17: 68, 25: 67, 12: 65 This time, I am offering 2 pairs (4 pieces) from Group A. If there is demand, I will offer Group B next time. Please note that accessories such as mica plates, screws, nuts, and washers are not included.
