PE line is spooled on it, but there are no scratches or marks on the main body or handle, and there are no attachment marks on the reel mounting section, so I have judged that it is probably unused. Please understand that it is only "near new". The items in the photos are all that are included. I have only checked the power and the 0, 1, and 2 counts. The yellow bag has stains and deterioration of the surface fabric fibers. The outer box is deteriorated, but the main body is not damaged.
