Here is a fishing scale from TKF. It has a maximum length of 75cm. It was used for bass fishing. It is very well-made. I believe I purchased it for around 15,000 yen. There are no issues with its use, but there is one crack. (See photos 6 and 7.) Please assess the condition based on the photos. Feel free to ask any questions in the comments. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about it being a used item.
