This is a commercially available MA-1 jacket, with Velcro bases sewn on in the same positions as those on the Japan Air Self-Defense Force flight suits. I purchased it finished at a shop for about 12,000 yen. The outer material is nylon, and the size is 3L. The measurements are: chest 142cm, shoulder width 59cm, length 76cm, sleeve length 69cm. There are Velcro patches sewn on as follows: approximately 5.5cm x 10cm on the left chest, 5cm x 4cm below that, and approximately 10cm x 10cm on the right chest, left shoulder, and right shoulder. Patches and name tags can be attached. I bought this at the shop as a spare jacket. It seems it was one size too big for me, and after wearing it a few times for work, I've kept it in the closet. There is a scratch on the upper right part of the back (see photo 10), so I've marked it as having scratches and dirt. Thank you.
