Hiroki Minami, a special FBI investigator, lost his sight in both eyes due to a past incident, but he always solves any case, earning him the nickname "Last Man." Shintaro Godo, a solitary detective who doesn't hesitate to use any means to arrest criminals, was assigned to be his attendant when Minami came to the Metropolitan Police Department for an exchange program.
