This is a single item with different designs on both sides. I painted it with acrylic paints on a commercially available, approximately 2x magnifying, folding magnifying glass. The material was purchased from a 100-yen shop. (I purchase new ones each time, but sometimes there are fogs or streaks on the glass.) It's convenient to carry around when you go out! You can also hang it inside the house by threading a string through the hole at the top. The image is of the finished product with varnish applied.
