This is an anniversary limited edition dress from Liz Lisa. The color in the second photo is the closest to the actual item. I've worn it several times, and there's some pilling on the collar, hem, and other edges of the fabric. It's not very noticeable, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. The top button is a little loose. It has shirring in the back, so it can be worn loosely. It's made of chiffon material and is cool. I think it can be worn year-round depending on the coordination.
