It's not as voluminous as a pannier, but it's a convenient piece when you want to add natural volume or lengthen a skirt. Elastic waist. A green ribbon is threaded through the hem of the skirt. It seems to be easily threaded, so it can be removed. The elastic waistband shows some fuzzing. Length: Approximately 78cm
