Made of plastic, it's perfect for outings, picnics, and children's events. I purchased this several years ago and have kept it stored unused. All items are new, unused, and unopened. However, please understand that they have been stored at home for a long time, so there may be some minor scratches or marks on the bags and contents from storage. Currently unopened, but to reduce bulk for shipping, I will open the set and repack it in a different bag before shipping. Please be aware of this.
