It's new and unused, but there appears to be a dent in the cardboard from shipping, and a sticker has been placed over that area to conceal it. It doesn't seem to have affected the contents, and there shouldn't be any problems, but please refrain from bidding if you are concerned. The optional inkjet module, spare ink cartridges, blades, and spare cutting mats are packaged separately, so I will list them separately if the winning bidder requests them. I have added images of the optional items for reference. These are not included in this listing.
