This might be an old design of a white coat. This design isn't featured in magazines anymore, but it's from Nagai Leven, a manufacturer that appears in nursing magazines. The fabric feels sturdy but might be thin. The condition is, I think, quite good. Size is L. No stretch. There's a zipper, but it only goes partway down, so you'll have to step into it from the bottom or put it on over your head. However, because the zipper doesn't go all the way down, the hem won't tear. I threw away the pants, so this is just the top.
