Soft Shot Put This is not a hard, iron shot put, but one that will dent when pushed, absorbing some of the impact. I think it can be used outdoors or in a gymnasium. (I think it's better to put down a mat indoors because of the impact sound) It's 5kg, so it's a shot put for junior high school boys. How about it for practice?
