Purchased last year at Hermès in the Osaka Hilton. It was around 145,000 yen at the time. Used about 3 times. There is some dirt on the toes and heels from use. There are scratches on the part that touches the metal fittings (7th photo) from the metal fittings, but they were there from the time of purchase. They are not visible when folded over, but please check the photos. There is no other deterioration or dirt on the leather parts. In my personal opinion, it is a relatively well-maintained item.
