No box or instruction manual. I believe the manual can be found online. Used for about a year, starting May 2024. The filter replacement lamp came on once during that time, so I replaced it. I bought two filters at that time, so I'll include one spare as a bonus. I'll also include citric acid purchased for cleaning the plate. (It's partially used, not new.) Works well. The lid seal inevitably wrinkles due to steam. Please understand that this is a used item. I will ship it in a suitable cardboard box or bag. (^○^)
