This is a sleeveless top with frills. It's a 3-WAY design, with the frills placed on the shoulders, over the arms, or on the inside of the arms. It goes well with both skirts and denim, so I think it will be a great addition to your wardrobe for the coming season. I just bought it in July, but I'm open to some price negotiation.
