I recently purchased this here (September 2025) for 9,000 yen. I fell in love at first sight with the rare red cache-coeur dress and its adorable frills. However, upon arrival, there were two holes in the lace tape at the hem of the skirt. Since it's on the outer part of the wrap skirt, I believe it was torn by something snagging on it. Please refer to the images. The seller didn't seem to have noticed, and they didn't mention it. I also noticed it a little while after I bought it. It's such a cute and lovely cache-coeur dress, and if I weren't presbyopic, I would replace the lace and repair it to wear it, but I'm over 60 and don't have the energy for detailed sewing work. I'm selling it to someone who loves red Pink House dresses and enjoys sewing.
