This is a vintage item manufactured in the 1960s, designed by Beth Breyen. This is a rare and valuable piece that is not often seen in Japan. When you think of Royal Copenhagen, you might picture white porcelain with cobalt blue paintings, but this piece is different. It belongs to the "TENERA" series, with Nils Thorsson as the art director. TENERA employed young designers, and the main designs feature cute motifs such as flowers and birds. This product features a turkey-like bird painted all over the surface, with beautiful colors, and the plate's shape is a lovely drop shape. The size is about the size of a small dish. It's cute on its own, but it would also be nice to collect different colors. Although it is a vintage item, the condition is very good, with no cracks or chips. You can feel the depth of flavor that has come with the passage of about 50 years, and I think it goes perfectly with various Nordic tableware, miscellaneous goods, and glass items.
