I made a long dress by deconstructing a yukata. I don't think it's as sheer as a ro (summer kimono) but it is somewhat see-through, so I made an underskirt. I'm self-taught and sewing by referencing YouTube and sewing books. The material is likely cotton, but I'm not certain. It's a summer-weight fabric and quite sturdy.
