I received this as new and unworn, but I've dressed my child in it a few times and stored it at home. I've listed it as 70cm as a general size, but only "12T" is written on the label. It's elegant and cute. There's some stickiness on the tag where I peeled off a name sticker. Please understand that this is a used item.
