This is a Kumikyoku ceremony suit. It is a 3-piece set consisting of a jacket, skirt, and inner blouse. The jacket and skirt are a set, size 1. The inner blouse was matched by a store clerk and is sold separately. The inner blouse is size 2 only. (Kumikyoku inner blouses were only available in size 2 and up) The suit features white and navy stripes, which appear to be tweed at first glance. However, it is made with a light fabric that allows the milky white lining to show through, so it doesn't have the heavy feel of a winter-only suit. ◎ The collarless jacket has five hook closures, allowing you to adjust the opening of the jacket. ◎ The skirt is a flared skirt with a side zipper closure at the waist. ◎ The inner blouse has jewels around the neckline, and the sleeves are slightly shorter so they don't stick out from the jacket.
