This is a Bansuri, a wooden transverse flute used in Indian classical music. It's a simple woodwind instrument that doesn't use a reed. I purchased it from an antique shop, but I'm selling it because I haven't used it, only displayed it. The A4 clear file underneath is for size reference. It's a traditional Indian instrument and plays an important role in mythology and religious contexts. It's usually made of bamboo, but sometimes, as in this image, it's made of hard wood like ebony. It typically has six finger holes. It features decorative metal (or similar material) rings and white dot inlay. No claims and no returns, please.
