I purchased this at a hat specialty store several years ago.
The white and black polka dot pattern is well-coordinated and stylish.
The black section in the center has a square of velour material, making it designable.
It appears to be mainly cotton material.
It's a stylish wide-brimmed hat for summer.
I wore it a few times after purchasing it at the store.
There are a few wrinkles and a light stain/dirt on the inside.
I think it can be hand-washed, but it is a home-stored item, so please understand before purchasing.
I bought it for around 8000 yen.
