This is a Tsurimusha Ishidai MS Floating Vest III. I purchased it over a decade ago. I've only tried it on, and have never actually used it. It's been stored at home because I haven't had the opportunity to go fishing. However, I did attach two patches myself. Although there may be some soiling due to long-term home storage, I believe it is still usable. Please examine the photos carefully and understand the condition before purchasing. Thank you.
