This is a BenQ 24-inch LCD monitor, model "V2420HP." As the photos show, it functions, but there can be noise on the screen while in use, so it is being sold as junk. I personally didn't mind it too much, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such issues. I think it's fine as a monitor for testing or a secondary display. It's Full HD and there are no cracks in the LCD.
