This is a sticker from the Pokémon Center event, the "Quaxly Great Search Campaign." It's a non-sale item, given out at the event. The "pompadour?" Quaxly sticker sparkles when exposed to light. It's new and unused, but it was handed to me directly by staff, so it wasn't originally in a protective case.
