Overall, there is dirt and minor scratches, but the leather quality is good and thick, with no cracks. I think you can still wear these for a long time. The soles have half soles attached, which cost around ¥3,500. The toes are reinforced. The heels are worn down about halfway, so they will need to be replaced eventually.
