I am selling this item to clear out unwanted goods. It functions without issue, but there is a slight gritty feeling, and while it's not quite a grinding sensation, there is a subtle roughness. There are also scratches and paint chips. I'm offering it at a low price, so would it be suitable for someone who isn't particularly concerned about the reeling feel, or someone who does their own maintenance? Thank you.
