This is an Edwards T350-HB trombone rotary section. It's a rotary section with an axial flow valve and a harmonic bridge. This is the older model with a thicker harmonic bridge, not the current lightweight hollowed-out type. Personally, I think the sound of this older rotary section is better than the newer one. While the current model is easier to play because it's lighter, I think that those who choose axial flow valves are okay with a certain level of resistance (and even prefer it). Considering that many people prioritize sound quality, I feel that this model, with its high sound density and wide resonance, better brings out the "goodness of the axial flow valve." For these reasons, I preferred using this section. However, my main instrument is a Bach, and the Edwards was a sub-instrument for playing with others. Recently, I've become less involved with playing, and I've lost the desire to increase my activity. I've decided that one instrument is enough, so I'm putting this up for sale. I used it with a reasonable frequency, so there are signs of use, such as lacquer wear on the hand slide and gooseneck, but there are no dents, and it's in good condition. Currently, a new T350-HB rotary section costs around 600,000 yen. They are not readily available, so please take this opportunity. The harmonic pillar and lever body are not included.
