I purchased this new in the United States about 10 years ago. I used it for flight training. The noise canceling is really good. The sound of airplane propellers and other noises are quieted, so you can hear ATC well. The condition is as shown in the photos. AA batteries are not included. The AA battery cover is torn, but it has never fallen off. Also, the clip for holding the cable is missing. I will include new ear pads and microphone sponge from a refresh kit. They are not genuine BOSE products, but third-party replacements. Finally, there are no problems with use, but since it is a used item, please understand that it is non-refundable and non-returnable.
