This is an air-conditioned vest. Operation has been confirmed, and a charger is included. As shown in the photos from the 9th image onwards, there is dirt around the neck and stains or what appear to be ballpoint pen marks on the chest and stomach area. There may be other oversights as well. We are looking forward to purchases from those who are okay with this! Recycled materials may be used for packaging.
