This is a gorgeous, spring-like blouse with a floral pattern in a light yellow, like cream. It has ruffles from the collar to the hem. The body is lined and not sheer, while the sleeves are unlined and sheer. It fastens with snaps. There is a small stain on the lining (see 9th photo).
