Matsumoku was a Japanese guitar factory that manufactured Aria, Greco, and others, and I believe this guitar is one of them. Based on the body characteristics, I think it's an Aria, but I couldn't confirm it because the headstock logo is painted black. It's a vintage guitar with a dignified presence, having been manufactured 50 years ago.
