It is unused. I purchased it on the website, but the plastic case was cracked from the time of arrival. The glass eyes themselves are unused and I don't think there are any scratches. I will send this in simple packaging. Although it is unused, please consider it understanding that it has been in someone's possession and is managed at home. Thank you.
