Made in Japan, from Kurashiki. This is not a costume-like item made with fabric and sewing by a school uniform manufacturer. It is a genuine, brand-new school skirt. Available in 90cm length, long length, and "Sukeban" (delinquent girl) style. The color is a standard navy blue, and sizes range from waist W60cm, W65cm, W70cm... in 5cm increments, up to W100cm. It has an 8cm adjuster (size adjustment). For example, a W70cm skirt can accommodate waists from W66cm to W74cm. Made of 100% polyester with 24 pleats, and a "car hida" (knife pleat) design.
