As it's a relaxed, loose-fitting bra, it does not offer gathering or lifting support. It's a tie-front style. It will be delivered with the ties loosened and laid flat, so please gather them to fit your body and adjust as you wear it. Gathering under the cups will create a rounded shape. It may take a little practice at first, but you'll find it surprisingly easy to wear once you get used to it! You can insert pads through the side openings. (Pads are not included.) Since the pads are inserted between the outer and inner fabric layers, it has a light feel! ☆If you wish, we can include a simple, thin pad. Please let us know in the comments when you purchase! The ties are made of knit yarn with raw edges, so you can cut them to your preferred length. We recommend washing in a laundry net. Please be aware that dark colors may fade.
