This is a necklace purchased from a雑貨屋さん (zakkayasan - general goods store) called Nima, which features works by an artist who uses ancient glass beads. I bought it for around 20,000 yen, but I've only tried it on once and have kept it in storage. The chain and clasps are not hallmarked, but they are said to be silver.
