This item has been in my home for a long time. It seems to have belonged to my grandfather. I'm not familiar with it, so I did some research. According to Wikipedia, it's an antique pitch pipe. It appears to be from mid-20th century Czechoslovakia, so I've included photo 5 for your reference. The engraved letters look like "germany," but I may be mistaken. Sorry!
