It is new and unopened, and I don't think there are any noticeable scratches or stains on the figure itself (please contact the manufacturer regarding initial scratches, etc.), but the packaging has some damage such as slight folds, scratches, dents, and discoloration of the blister and tape due to long-term home storage. Please understand that this packaging was the same from the time I obtained it at the game center. Please check the condition in the photos.
