This item is in excellent condition, having only been opened. It has been stored in a clear plastic case. It is unknown whether it can be played on Japanese players. I no longer have an overseas player, so I cannot confirm. I believe it is in good condition, but please understand that it is a privately stored item before purchasing. The paper sheet has a fold.
