I am a current nursery school teacher. I've encountered numerous incidents of excessive toilet paper use, so this is a creation born out of a desire to do something about it. When the 2-year-old class started using toilet paper, I saw that they often couldn't tear the toilet paper, and it kept getting longer and longer.
