When I took it out to check its condition, the paper wrapping the mug was slightly torn. I only touched it at that time, and it's unused, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this. Regarding the box, there are traces of sticker removal (see photo 2) and a faint line in one place (see photo 3).
