I made two pouches using patchwork and sashiko on indigo cotton fabric from Genshodo. They can be used with a strap that can be worn around the wrist. The strap and the two pouches can also be used separately. The larger pouch is approximately 18 x 13.5 cm with a 4 cm gusset, and the zipper opens to 16 cm. The smaller pouch is approximately 12 x 9.5 cm, and the zipper opens to 8.5 cm. I used quilt batting when doing the sashiko. All fabrics used are new. I made these with care, but they are handmade by an amateur, so the finish is not perfect.
