I have only set it up for a test run, so I believe the condition is good (in my personal judgment). I set it up for inspection before listing it. The storage case has a tear. There is some dirt as it was used outdoors, but there are no holes or peeling of seam tape. Please check the images. Please understand that there may be other oversights. Snow Peak offers a lifetime warranty, so repairs should be possible. This is a standard tarp, easy to set up and a classic tarp that is resistant to wind. It comes with poles and pegs, so you can use it right away. Connection tape is included, allowing you to set it up overlapping a tent. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about details. Please understand that this is a used item and accept it as-is, with no returns.
