I haven't used it for wading, so I don't feel much deterioration. The reason for the "as-is" condition is that a belt has been sewn on the back waist area to attach a fish grip. It's not a particularly noticeable part, but I've listed it as "as-is" due to the modification. It's the part shown in the last photo.
